2. The page from your financial aid application which contains the "estimated family contribution" (please do not send the entire application).
3. An essay which includes the following information: Background, extra curricular activities, community service, educational goals, career aspirations, and how the scholarship would further these objectives.
4. For SMHS graduating seniors, if your family has a history of military service, please state that in your essay.
